All Apologies
Sitting here in front of the computer, I can look back at my last post and see that there is so much I need to tell all of you. Having last posted in November (I am so sorry), I hope that you have not become tired of watching for new information and pictures. If that is the case, please forgive, and let the words of Shakespeare ring true, “If you pardon, we will mend.” By that, I mean let the posts and pictures of this new year restore your trust in our commitment to keep you posted on what our great God is doing in our lives.
The main topic of discussion is the change in the location of our internship. We no longer will be going to Thailand. Instead, God prepared the way for us to serve Him in Cambodia during our first two years. This is such a huge praise, being that Cambodia is the country we feel called to serve Him in the Bible School in Phnom Penh. Through much prayer and work by our ministry administrators, it was decided that it would not be beneficial for us to adjust to one culture and language, Thai, and then repeat this when we would have gone back to Cambodia at the start of our second term. God has delivered this great blessing to us, and we want you all to celebrate with us.
As our ideal departure date approaches, July or August, our time here in the United States raising our Team and spending time with you is growing short. Please pray for our focus and determination to “run this race” in the manner that God has laid out for us, bringing together the people and churches that He has prepared for this ministry.
I leave you now, promising that my next post will arrive soon, giving witness to the greatness of the Lord. I hope that you have enjoyed reading this post as much as I have been blessed by the act of recording the acts of our Lord on this computer.
